For more than three years, I worked at Intralox - the world leader manufacturer of modular plastic conveyor belts as Equipment Project Manager. I was responsible for overseeing conveying line solutions for the packaging and food equipment industry. I represented Intralox for the projects of the entire Italian market segment with end-user all over the world, managing a portfolio of projects with volume of 2+ M€ in sales per year, from order to final delivery.
In this role I worked with a B2B2C model with internationally recognized OEMs and Integrators as primary customers, involved in developing conveying solutions for the most demanding end-users such as: Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Nestlè Water, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Diageo, Barilla, Bauli, to name a few.
During my experience, I coordinated and releasee a multi-language tool to help the global project manager team to improve access to the company database (Oracle CRM, Dassault EPDM). I released a platform to aggregate relevant data through automation, and standardize the communication with different language segment markets. Overall, I helped to:
